Come unwind with some slow flow yoga with an emphasis on stretching out the body. This well-balanced flow class will get you out of your head and into your body and breath. Feel more relaxed and energized. All levels welcome. Please bring a yoga mat or towel.

A little more about Vicki ….
Her favorite yoga pose:
The child’s pose. “I like this pose because it is a grounding pose and you can let go of stress and really start to relax in this pose. It is a great pose to do after work or before bed.”
Any poses she doesn’t like?:
Nope. “With that being said I am not I am not super flexible and I can’t do handstands. I think some people have the misconception that you need to be flexible and be able to handstands to take a yoga class.”
On why she started practicing yoga:
To help with soreness from working out. “Then I realized how much it started to relax me and how much it change my mood. Because I saw all of these benefits, I decided I wanted to teach yoga so others could benefit from yoga as well.”

Do I need to be flexible? “The answer is no. Yoga is all about honoring your body and you know your body better than anyone else. There are always modifications that you can do or you just do another pose that suits your body.”
