Join instructor, Jackie Cannizzaro for Step Aerobics Class on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:30 pm!

Step aerobics is a classic cardio workout which delivers results, targeting the core, arms, legs, glutes and back muscles!  Jackie will lead you through 45 minutes of cardio training, followed by 15 minutes of legs, abs and stretching.

Beginners welcome!

Socially-distanced!

Step not required!

After free class, $5/class or $30/month
