Fall Session begins October 16th!
“Yoga means addition – addition of energy, strength, and beauty to body, mind and soul.”
Come unwind after work with some slow flow yoga with an emphasis on stretching out the body. This well-balanced flow class will get you out of your head and into your body and breath. Fell more relaxed and energized. All levels are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one.

Class: Wednesdays from 6:30-7: 30 PM at SECA Center.
Fee: $50/6 weeks or$10 drop-in
