Water yoga is a gentle form of yoga which makes it suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. It’s perfect for those who haven’t been able to enjoy the benefits of yoga due to past injuries or discomforts. The combination of dynamic flowing movements and traditional yoga poses with the assistance of water helps to lengthen and strengthen muscles, while also improving balance and coordination, as the water provides resistance making your muscles work harder while also allowing your joints to be supported. After a session of Water Yoga you will feel energized and relaxed, more flexible & stress-free. After multiple sessions, you will feel stronger, have more balance, feel more connected to your body, and smile more! Come join us this summer & get YOUR bliss on!
