Here's just a few of the programs we offer:
- AMPED/Fusion- is a full body workout incorporating kettlebells, resistance bands and yoga moves all while moving along to the music. This will strengthen and tone while increasing your balance and flexibility. Recommended to bring a Kettlebell 10 pounds or less, yoga mat and a water bottle. Note: We do have some equipment for your use. Class Begins: Oct. 1st, 2018 Instructor: Sarah Dundvall,. Details: Monday, from 6-7PM Class Fee: $55 for 8 weeks or Drop In Fee: $8/class . Since this is a new class we would like to have a minimum of 5 students please pre-register! Thank you for your understanding.
- Y-O-G-A: This well-balanced flow class will get you out of your head and into your body and breath. Fell more relaxed and energized. This class will help you feel comfortable practicing yoga. All levels are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. Instructor: Vicky Watson, RYT; Class: Wednesdays from 6:30-7:30PM at SECA Center.
Session #3 (2018): Sept 26, Oct. 3, 10, 17, 24, 31, Nov. 7, 14 ; Session #1 (2019): Jan. 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, Feb. 6, 13, 20.
- Pickleball– Pickleball is becoming one of the most popular activities for older Americans. It is a court sport, which has been described as a combination of tennis, ping-pong and badminton. It is played with a perforated plastic ball and paddles. This is a FUN league; there will be no official standings or playoffs. Fee: Donations Location: SECA basketball courts. Dates: Tuesday mornings at 10am (Participant Run Program. Nets available in SECA)
- Men’s Winter Basketball League
It’s time to join SECA for the 2019 Men’s Winter Basketball League. This will be a Five-on-Five league on a full court under college rules. This league offers competition, fun, and a great way to socialize while staying in shape. The indoor league season is ten weeks with 2 weeks of playoffs. Sign up today! Cost: $750 per team,
Location: Solanco H.S Gym Times: Tuesday nights from 6-10pm. League begins January
