Swimming Pool Supervisor (FT-40hrs)
SECA is currently seeking a qualified individual for our seasonal Swimming Pool Supervisor to manage our outdoor pool. They will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, to include staffing, special events, safety, and cleanliness. Responsibilities include training and supervising the pool staff in all matters of pool safety, operating procedures, and member services; planning and assisting with special events, such as swim meets; and assisting with the hiring, training, of staff. Competitive candidates must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and current American Red Cross or equivalent Lifeguard Certification. Previous experience working in a pool operation with a competitive swim program and a minimum of 2 years of pool facility supervisory experience are preferred.
